Booking a Consultation

New patients are being accepted. Call, email, or use the form on this page and say which area you want addressed. The form asks you to select a service of interest, which helps the office allocate the right amount of time, but a general question is fine if you are not sure what you need.

Telehealth visits are available. For a first conversation about whether something is worth pursuing, a video consultation often answers the question without a trip to East Syracuse, and an in person examination follows if you decide to proceed.

What to Have Ready

  • The concern in your own words, which matters more than knowing the name of a procedure
  • Your medical history, including any surgery you have had
  • Current medications and supplements, particularly anything affecting bleeding
  • Whether you smoke or vape, because it changes healing risk and sometimes changes the plan
  • Any photographs of yourself that show what has changed over time, if you have them

Please discuss medical details on the phone or in the appointment rather than by email. A general mailbox is a reasonable place to ask about availability, directions and pricing, but it is not a secure place to send health information.

Which Page to Read First

If the concern is the face, start with facelift or neck lift surgery. For breast concerns, see breast augmentation or breast lift. For shape after pregnancy or weight change, see body contouring. If you would rather avoid surgery for now, see non surgical aesthetics.

Areas We Serve

Patients come from across Central New York, including East Syracuse, Liverpool, Fayetteville, Camillus, Baldwinsville and Cicero, as well as from further across Upstate New York.

Telehealth Visits

A video consultation covers the same ground as a first visit in most cases: what is bothering you, your history, what is realistic, and roughly what it would cost. It saves a drive for people in Watertown, Utica or Ithaca who are not yet sure whether to pursue anything. An in person examination is still required before any surgery is scheduled, because photographs cannot show how tissue moves.

Cost and Payment

Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. Reconstructive procedures often are, and the office will help establish coverage before you commit. A written estimate separating surgeon, anesthesia and facility fees is given after the consultation. See financing options.

Before You Call

It is worth reading the FAQs and looking through the before and after gallery first. Both tend to turn a vague question into a specific one, which makes the consultation more useful. Patient stories cover what the experience was actually like.
