Reconstructive procedures often are, including some nasal breathing surgery, gynecomastia, breast reconstruction, eyelid surgery where the lid obstructs vision, and panniculectomy. The office establishes coverage first. Financing plans spread the cost, and a written estimate separating surgeon, anesthesia and facility fees always comes before you commit to anything.
